In case you are wondering who Lily Cole is….

I received what I believe is the full range of this entire collection and had the chance to play with it over the weekend. I was surprised at how many products the collection included. It’s main focus was on achieving soft shimmer healthy glow. There’s a shimmery primer, shimmery puff/powder, shimmery eyeshadow, a fun purple eyeliner, cheek and lip domes and ultra shimmery lipglosses.

Here are some swatches and my thoughts on the individual products.

Puff On Radiance is made up on mini balls, much like the Guerlain meteorites. It gives a pink toned, luminescent finish and is perfect for the highlighting the high points of your face such as your cheekbones, cupid’s bow, eyebrow and decollatage. The packaging is simple and comes with a really soft puff.

The puff was soft and pretty in baby pink. However, I’m not really a puff person, I much prefer to use a synthetic brush like the MAC 187. The color was very shimmery and luminescent but I would prefer if the texture and feel was finer. I could almost feel the shimmer.

If you don’t own a highlighter and like to have something that you can puff onto your shoulders and even hair for those party nights, this would be for our.

Verdict: B+

When I first saw this product, I was curious as to how the beads were going to transform into a primer. This is another radiance producing product in the range. It works pretty much the same way as the Puff On Radiance, except that this comes in a gel form.

Each pump produces a layer of gel mixed with semi-crushed beads. Upon rubbing it in, it started to split and look like coagulated beancurd. Not a pretty sight! But, once blended, it gives a nice sheen and glow to the skin. My camera was not able to pick up the shimmer, but you can see from above that my skin appeared smoother.

I made a mistake by initially applying this all over my face.. BIG NO NO!! The shimmer accentuated my pores and made them appear larger than they really are. I washed off my face and tried again, just concentrating on the high points of my face and it works beautifully.

Verdict: B+

This is a palette of 4 shimmery eyeshadows – Go Violet, Think Pink, Live Lilac and Tint It Pink. They are individually packed in little cubes which you can quite easily remove and bring on your travels. These shadows are very pigmented, shimmery and smooth. They can be used both wet and dry.

The colors are great for mix and match. You can use any 2 colors to create a beautiful smokey eye!

Verdict: A+

When I first removed the cap of the dome, I couldn’t help but stare back at my own reflection that called out to me on the dome. It was so shiny it almost looked plasticy and unreal!

The texture of these domes are very creamy. It’s available in 2 colors – Pinch Me Pink and Color Me Coral. The colors are fairly sheer and will work great if you like just a hint of color on the apples of your cheeks. I’ve tried it both on the cheeks and lips and it works really well. I personally prefer it on the lips, but that’s because I’m quite tan and the sheer color doesn’t show up too much on my cheeks. But if you are NC20 or NW20, this will be perfect for you.

Verdict: A-

This is a bright, dramatic violet liquid eyeliner that is smudge-proof and easy to apply with it’s fine tipped felt. I have never used a colored liquid eyeliner so I was very excited to try this.

I LOVE IT! Love the color and the ease of application. The only gripe I have is that it doesn’t have waterproof properties which means, I have got to be uber careful when I wear this out to watch a sad movie or Korean drama. Other than that, no complaints.

Verdict: A- (Not A+ because I would prefer it to be waterproof!)

Available in 4 colors – Go Pink, Go Wild, Go Play and Go Naked. This gloss is super shiny and can be worn alone or over a lipstick. You can pair it with the dome in this range.

It’s got a nice fruity scent and taste pretty good. It’s not too sticky and has a nice shine. Great for the centre of your lips to plump up your lips, making them appear fuller. The packaging is pretty basic but the mini size makes it a perfect travel companion.

Verdict: A+
